What makes your products different?
Our VFX clothes feature several unique qualities that set our products apart from the competition.
- Our clothes feature low-sheen fabric. This greatly reduces luminance variation and makes keying easier.
- Our suits and accessories are custom-dyed. Our colors are optimized for maximum compatibility with popular chroma key paint and fabric brands such as Rose Brand and Rosco.
- We offer many sizes. One size certainly doesn't fit all. From Little Kids to XXXL, we have you covered.
- Overall craftsmanship is superior. We guarantee you won't find anyone that matches our quality.
What size should I purchase?
Our fabric is a stretchy, 85% polyester / 15% spandex blend that is designed to fit close to the skin. Our sizing charts will tell you the best size for you or your talent. When in doubt, we recommend buying the larger size. Learn more on our sizing page.
How long does shipping take?
We offer standard (3–5 business days), 2-day and overnight shipping to domestic (United States) customers. International customers can expect orders to arrive in 1 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping speed selected. Learn more about our shipping options.
Do you have fabric available for purchase?
We occasionally have our custom-dyed green screen and blue screen fabric available for purchase by the yard. It measures approximately 60" wide and a minimum of 5 yards must be purchased. Contact us if you would like to check availability.
Can you create custom sizes or products?
At this point, we are not able to accommodate custom size or product requests. Sorry.
How do you handle returns?
Unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Because our clothes are sometimes used for one-time projects, opened products can only be exchanged for a different size. Visit our refund policy page for specifics.
Can I see ok while wearing a suit or hood?
Yes! The mesh face on our suits and hoods offers great visibility. It's not 100%, but pretty close. You will have no problem seeing in most studio and production environments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, several mobile payment options, as well as PayPal. For large orders, we can also arrange for bank transfers.
Where is my order confirmation email?
Make sure the email address you provide at checkout is one you check regularly. This is where you order confirmation and tracking emails are sent.
Some email clients sort these messages into different folders or tabs, such as Gmail’s “Promotions” tab. Be sure to check these folders if you’re not finding our emails in your inbox.
You can also add your mobile number at checkout to receive text notifications.
Can you provide an invoice for my order?
Yes, you can request an invoice via our contact page. Please let us know if you need any special information included on the invoice, such as a VAT number.
